ELSA at Arden
We recognise that children learn better and are happier in school if their emotional needs are also addressed.
Miss Copeland is our school ELSA. She is trained to support children with social skills, emotions, bereavement, social stories and therapeutic stories, anger management, self-esteem and counselling skills, such as solution focus and friendship. Miss Copeland works with a number of children across school every week. Children can be referred to Miss Copeland via their class teachers through consultation with their parents.
