The Governors of our friendly, inclusive primary school are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a particularly exciting time to become part of Arden Primary School, as we welcome a new, ambitious Headteacher and continue our drive to make Arden a flagship school within the local area.
Arden Primary was once again judged to be a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted in July 2024. We are proud of our reputation for educational excellence and our commitment to inclusive, child-centred learning. Midday Assistant
Midday Assistant
Salary Grade: Scale 1 point 3
Working Pattern: Part Time, Term Time
Hours: 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day
Start Date: tbc
The Governors of Arden Primary School wish to appoint a suitable person to carry out the post of Midday Assistant at our inclusive and supportive team at this expanding primary school, which Ofsted once again judged to be a Good school in July 2024.
Our midday staff are all valued members of our school staff and play a vital role in securing the well-being and safety of our pupils during lunchtime.
Duties include supervision of children in the dining hall and elsewhere, eating lunch and supervision in the playground to encourage interactive and positive play so that the meal and lunchtime recreation is a pleasant experience for pupils and staff.
Applicants should be able to work as part of a team. Experience of working with children would be an advantage.
