About Busy Bees

Busy Bees is a friendly, fun and nurturing group aimed at children below school age and their parents or carers. Busy Bees sessions run every Monday morning in term time from 9am to 10am.

Our goal is to provide a stimulating and supportive environment where children can play, learn, and develop essential communication skills while parents and carers have the chance to connect and share experiences. It's an engaging, enjoyable hour packed with engaging activities designed provide exciting experiences for your child whilst developing their speech, language, and communication skills. 

Throughout the year, Busy Bees also hosts a variety of special events to celebrate different occasions and create memorable experiences for our families:

Easter: Join us for a fun-filled Easter egg hunt, where children can search for hidden treasures in our beautiful school grounds while practicing their problem-solving and social skills.

Mother's/Father's Days: Celebrate these precious days with special activities, where children make their grown ups crafts to express their love and appreciation.

Seasonal: Enjoy festive gatherings for Christmas, Halloween and other seasonal events, complete with themed activities and treats..and even a visit from Father Christmas himself!

Picnics: When the weather allows, we organise outdoor picnics, giving children the opportunity to enjoy nature, play games, and socialise in a different setting - all with their favourite teddy in tow!

Tours of EYFS: We offer regular guided tours of our Early Years department to facilitate a strong transition for those children joining Arden in our Nursery or Reception classes. 

While the little ones are busy making new friends and learning, parents and carers can enjoy the chance to meet and chat with others in our local community. It’s a perfect opportunity to share tips, seek advice, and build a supportive network.

We warmly welcome all parents, carers and their toddlers to join us at Arden every Monday morning. Come and be a part of our friendly Busy Bees community, where memories are made and friendships blossom!
